The Department of Management Studies successfully organized a Management Games event in the Seminar Hall, bringing together BBA 3rd Year and MBA 1st Year students for an engaging and interactive learning experience. The event aimed to enhance students' decision-making, teamwork, leadership, and strategic thinking skills through a series of well-structured activities. Participants took part in various games, including a Business Simulation Game, where teams tackled real-world business scenarios; a Sales and Marketing Challenge, where they developed and presented innovative marketing strategies. The event also featured team-building activities to improve communication and collaboration. Through these activities, students gained hands-on experience in business strategy, developing crucial skills such as leadership, negotiation, and analytical thinking. The event fostered a competitive spirit while also providing a platform for students from different years to interact and collaborate. Overall, the Management Games event was a resounding success, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The positive feedback from students and faculty highlighted its impact, reinforcing the commitment of the Department of Management Studies to fostering experiential learning opportunities for future business leaders.
